3) In the evening, you should also avoid alcohol, nicotine and caffeine.
4) Excercise at the morning.
5) Have a quiet, comfortable bedroom, with good ventilation and shade.
6) Rest and leave issues behind.
7) Good sex with beloved partner is not bad.
8) Invest in a good mattress and comfortable pillows.
